1. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped one to two weeks from being placed. Shipping depends on wether it is a local or a domestic order.

2. May I cancel or modify my order?

Upon placing your order, we provide a one-day grace period for cancellation or changes, during which time we will be working on packaging your piece. If you decide to cancel or change your order, please notify us within the one day time frame at info@jadworkshop.com

3. Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns; however, please reach out to us at info@jadworkshop.com first if any issues come up and so we can see how we can help you.

4. What if an item comes damaged?

Please contact us immediately with images at info@jadworkshop.com Please keep in mind that these are vintage one of kind pieces, and with their age comes some slight wear and tear that is part of its character. These pieces have been refinished with utmost care and consideration to the integrity of each unique piece.

4. Will you curate specific pieces if asked?

We are always happy to take requests for special pieces. Please email such requests to info@jadworkshop.com
